Druids Meeting

ORDER PROGRESSING. The fortnightly meeting of the Pahiatua U.A.0.D., No. 25, was held in the Mayfair Hall last night. In tho absence of A.D. Bro. Fisher, junr., who forwarded an apology, P.D.P. Bro. G. G Taylor presided. There was a moderate attendance. Several apologies for absence from officers and members were read and sustained, and two members reported on the sick list. Owing to next Lodge night falling on Thursday prior to Good Friday, it was agreed to postpone the meeting for one month, viz., 23'fd April. It is pleasing to note that the Lodge is progressing—five new members were proposed for admission to tho Ordor and there is a possibility of one or two more. Any special business requiring attention on the 9th April will be duly seen to by the A.D., secretary and treasurer.
