Old Settler Honoured
On the occasion of her 75th birthday Mrs. J. A. Bailey, of Ohakea, was tendered an informal function by her relations on Tuesday. Afternoon tea was served and in the evening a birthday dinner was partaken of. Those present for the occasion were: Mr. and Mis. Itoy Anderson, Mr. and Mrs. McDonnell, Mr. and Mrs. Bex Bailey, Mr. and Mrs. M. Kerrigan, of Feilding, Miss W. Bailey Miss M. Bailey, Mr. and Mrs. Chapman, of Marten. The following grandchildren were present: Miss Francis Anderson, Miss Myrie Anderson, Misses Molly, Patricia and Cushla Kerrigan, Miss Leonie Bailey, Masters Jack Bailey, Neil Kerrigan and Alex Bailey.
