After bathing rinse the salt water from the suit in fresh, clear water, warm but no too hot. Very hot water spoils woollen fabrics. Then wring it out. w T rapped in a to%vel, or put it carefully through an india-rubber wringer. Dry it thoroughly before folding it up. If put away damp it may mildew and the fabric will' rot,
If thero is any doubt whether a bathing cap will let in water, it is a good plan to rub a little grease over the outside before going into the water for a bathe. The water will roll off the greased cap before it has time to penetrate it.
