Helping a Worthy Cause
(To tho Editor.) Sir, —On Wednesday ovening an entertainment will take place at the Opera House in aid of the funds of the District Nurse Guild. We aro indebted to Mr J. Garde Grimshaw for kindly arranging the programme and those ladies and gentlemen taking part. With tho approaching winter, funds arc urgently needed, and as tho admission has been fixed at one shilling to all parts of the Opera House, we trust there will be a large attendance and so assist the committee in its efforts to help the sick and needy.—l am, etc., J.
