TEACH SAUCE Eight pounds peaches, three pounds sugar, one small cup salt, one ouuec allspice, one ounce cloves, six largo onions, one small tablespoon cayenne pepper, three quarts vinegar. Feel and stone the peaches, cut up the ouions, put allspice and cloves into muslin bag. Boil’ all tho ingredients together for Ihreo hours, then strain through colander, and bottle.
