Dr. Sylvia Chapman, Wellington, Dominion president of tho Y.W.0.A., is leaving on April 1 to visit England.
After a month’s holiday spent in Palmerston North Miss Marjorie Grace left for Hamilton last night.
Mrs S. Bolton, "Oete,” Pahiatua, is at present a patient in a private hospital at Masterton. Her friends will wish her a speedy return to health.
Visitors to Palmerston North for tho Poulton-Edgar wedding this evening arc Mrs Robert Cameron, Mrs lan D. Cameron (Maurieevillc), Mr aud Mrs E. N. G. Poulton (Wellington), Mrs Tuckwell (Hamua), Mr and Mrs Walter Cook (Pahiatua), and Mrs Aiken (Wellington).
Mrs. C. H. Bisson, her daughters, Shirley and Dulcie, also Mr. P. King, of Napier, have returned homo after being tho guests of Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Green, “Arawa,” Feilding, for tho coming-of-age danco they gave for their daughter, Marjorie, on Friday evening last. Mr. C. H. Bisson and his son, Gordon, were other Napier visitors present and were the guests of Mr. and Mrs. R. D. Younger, of Waituna West.
