TAKARO CLUB. Rinks to play Feilding in a friendly match at Feilding on Saturday next:— Dawick, Berry, Frew, A. Smith (s); Harriman, Dalzicll, Russell, Littlejohn (s); Just, Fisher, McEwan, Monks (s); Titshall, Ihle, Hearsey, Farrar (s). The following are results of club competition games played to date: — Champion singles: Russell 21 beat Morgan 14; Cooksley 20 beat Hearsey 17; J. Childs 24 beat Farrar 8; A. Smith 23 beat McEwan 13. Champion pairs: Childs and Hearsey 26 beat A. Smith and Just 10; Monks and Russell 27 beat Lyall and Wass 11. Handicap singles: Just 20 beat Dawick 23; Berry 27 beat Bo vis 20; Harriman 29 beat B. Smith 17; Wass 23 beat Wagstaff 13. Handicap pairs: E. Smith and Hearsey 29 beat Monks and Harriman 13. The first round of all club competitions is to bo played by Noovembcr 28 and the second round by December 16.
