Rose Show
PALMERSTON NORTH DISPLAY ON SATURDAY Those interested are reminded of the Rose Show to be held in tho Empire Hall on Saturday next, November 24. There is every prospect of a show equal to, if not better than, previous show's. This is the last show of the financial year and it is hoped the public w'ill attend in large numbers to show their appreciation of the labours of tho committee in .staging four excellent shows during the year. The show w'ill be formally opened by Mr A. J. Graham, president of the Chamber of Commerce, at 2.30 p.m. In the evening between 7 and 8 o’clock a musical programme, arranged by Mrs J. K. Baton, will add to the pleasure of the evening. The secretary will bo at the Empire Hall on Friday evening from 7 o’clock to receive entries.
