NEW APPOINTMENTS Per Press Association. OTTAWA, Nov. 17. Mr R. B. Hanson, a Conservative member from New Brunswick, was today appointed Minister of Trade and Customs, succeeding Mr H. H. Stevens, who has resigned. Mr Grote Stirling, a member from British Columbia, was sworn jn as Minister of National Defence, replacing Hon. D. M. Sutherland, who becomes Minister of Health and Pensions*
