Funeral of In. John Fletcher
On Wednesday afternoon, the 12th inst., tho funeral of the lato Mr. John Fletcher took place at the cemetery, Feilding. A groat number of friends and sympathisers followed tho remains from the church to thoir last restingplace. Fellow worshippers acted as pallbearers from the church, while friends and relatives of deceased acted at the graveside, while many brother Oddfellows attended to pay their last respects. Many wreaths of flowers were laid on the grave. Bov. Father Hegarty conducted tho obsequies at the graveside. Mrs. Fletcher with other relatives of deceased dosiro to thank all kind friends for their sympathy and gifts of so many beautiful flowers, to all who sent messages of sympathy and thoso who attended the funeral of their loved one. To the matron and sisters of Palmerston North Hospital, and most especially to the District Nurse for her unfailing and sympathetic attention, Praying that tho God of all kindnesses will reward them for their charity.
