Tournament at Wembley in September
REGULAR FIXTURE IF SUCCESSFUL United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph —Copyright. Received Monday, 9.20 p.m. LONDON, July 29. Mr. Stanley N. Doust, writing in the Daily Mail, says that the professional tournament being held at Wembley in September is in reality, though unofficially, tho world’s professional championship. It will be run on the Wimbledon knock-out system and the players will include Tildcn, Vines, Richards, Ramillion, Plan, Oochet, Maskell and Kozcluh. Tho tournament will be a regular fixture if the experiment is successful. Davis Cup Final LEE TO REPLACE PERRY IN DOUBLES. LONDON, July 29. In order to reserve Perry for his singles against Shields, Lee will replace him in the doubles against Lott and Stoofen.
