CHOCOLATE CREAM CUSTARD Add to a pint of milk nearly at boiling point two ounces of grated chocolate. When the chocolate has dissolved, remove from the fi’amo and cool. Beat the yolks of four eggs and one white with four tablcspoonfuls of sugar and pour tho milk and chocolate over them. Flavour with vanilla and bake very slowly. Stake a meringue in the proportions given above of the remaining whites, sprinkle a little grated chocolate over before returning to the oven.
