Another Upheaval In Cuba Indicated
NEW REVOLUTION SAID TO BE BREWING

Reports reaching Havana on Thursday night said that Government troops had clashed with the rebel forces of Juan Bias Hernandez W. at Lascuevas Ranch, near Moron, and two rebels had been killed.
Word of the first actual armed clash between forces supporting the Ramon Grau San Martin Government, with rebels, was supplemented by persistent rumours in Havana that' forces here were Teady to strike at the new Government and that a new revolution was brewing.
Tension in Interior Still High
WASHINGTON, Sept. 21. The Secretary of State, Mr Hull, ion Thursday said that consular advices indicated a lull in the disturbances in the interior of Cuba, but [tension continued at a high pitch.
