The Colyton Ping Pong Club held its final meeting of the season In the Colyton hall on Monday when the proceedings took the form of a ladies’ and men's handicap tournament. There was a large attendance which included representatives of most of the clubs in the surrounding districts. The play proved to be very interesting and enjoyable, the ladies’ section beilig won by Miss J. AVealieans with Miss N. Price the runnerup, and tho men's section by Mr. R. Wcalleans, Mr. Pentecost being the run-ner-up, After the trophies had been presented, supper was served by the ladies, after which the floor was cleared for dancing which was continued until the early hours. The music was supplied by Air. A. Feeney, of Feilding, Mr. vy. Hocken carrying out tho duties of M.C.
