From Our Own Correspondent. Annual Meeting of Tennis Club.
The annual general meeting of the Cheltenham Tennis Club took place recently in the hall with an attendance of 22. ' The president, 7lr. E. Sinclair, in a brief speech, referred to the success of the club during the past year. The balance sheet showed the satisfactory amount of £i 17s. The election of officers was as follows:—Patron, 7lr. C. G. C. Dermer (chosen unanimously); president, Mr. Edwin Sinclair (re-elected unopposed); vice-president, Mr. R. Petersen; secretary and treasurer, Miss D. Anderson; management committee, Miss E. Thompson, Mr. H. Sowerby and the club’s officers. It was decided to hold a dance on October 4 to be. followed by the opening of the courts on October 7.
