Record Flight to Singapore “FAITH IN AUSTRALIA’S” GREAT EFFORT United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright Received Sunday, 9.50 p.m. SINGAPORE, June 24. The monoplane "Faith in Australia” arrived at 3.54 p.m., or 4.30 Derby time. C. T. Ulm says they had an interesting flight over tho water via Bali straits and the Java sea,- occupying 16} hours for 1850 miles. They are leaving for Rangoon before daylight. Tho weather report indicates much rain, as the south-west monsoon is in full swing. All are well and pleased with the fastest time recorded between Australia and. Singapore. On the Way to Rangoon Received Sunday, 9.50 p.m. SINGAPORE, June 25. Ulm departed for Rangoon at 5 a.m.
