Co-ordination of Motor Services
WELCOME MOVE ON THIS COAST Per Press Association. WANGANUI, Last Night. The co-ordination of 5.0.5., Hodson’s, Martin and Vernon, and the Napier owner-drivers’ motor services, "was granted by tho Central and No. 5 District licensing authorities at Wanganui to-day. Tho decision is considered to lie a forecast of what will occur in tho Dominion next year. The estimated saving is 500,000 miles and £15,000 a year, which will bo passed on to the public. The authorities said they were pleased to see the licensees submitting a scheme, and considered it would serve as an incentive and example to the Dominion.
