Throwu-back Tear Gas Bombs Not Appreciated
POLICE TO USE MORE EFFECTIVE MISSILE San Prancisco Press Broadcast. CHICAGO, July 20. A "one way” tear gas bomb, which cannot be thrown back by the intended target, is to be added to Chicago’s police weapons. Deputy Chief of Detectives Walter Storms announced the new missile reuders the victim hors-de-ccmbat within 21 seconds. The old type of bomb required four minutes to take effect, during which time it could be boomcrangcd back at the police.
