EUROPEAN ATTITUDE TOWARD UNITED STATES San Francifco Press Broadcast. LONDON, July 20. United States Ambassador Andrew (V. Mellon will sail homeward to-day to acquaint Washington with all phases of the European political and economic front against the United States. The major topic of his report to President Hoover will be the forthcoming world economic conference, fostered by tne five Powers in the new European Entente and being arranged by , the League of Nations.
