Rebuilding Napier
TOWN CONGRATULATED Per Press Association. NAPIER, May 23. At the opening of the Supremo Court the Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers) congratulated Napier on the work of restoring the town. He admitted that one year ago he had felt disappointed, but after the Rehabilitation Committee had got a grip of the enormous problem the progress had quickened, and the work seemed to have been done remarkably well. ,
