Obituary
MISS ELIZABETH BAILEY. The death occurred at Waipukurau on Alonday night of Aliss Elizabeth Bailey, daughter of tho late Air. and Airs. W. A. L. Bailey, of Fcikling. Although Aliss Bailey had not enjoyed the best of health since tho Hawke's Bay earthquake her end was quito unexpected, as she" only took ill at 0 o’clock in the evening and passed away at, midnight. She was very well known in Fcikling and district,‘Jhaving Jived there until tho death of her father, Air. W. A. L. Bailey, after which she look up her residence with her sister, Airs. A. Foot, Bank of New Zealand, Waipukurau. She was at one time a member of tho Fcilding Golf Club and an enthusiastic tennis player. She leaves three sisters, Airs. A. Foot (Waipukurau), Airs. Clifford (Napier), Airs. W. Jameson (Napier) and two brothers, Air. Harry Bailey, of Morrinsville, and Air. Walter Bailey, ,Stanway, besides cousins in Taonui, Fcilding and Satulon.
