New Ruling for Motor Speeds
A new ruling which is being enforced on the Dunes Highway between Michigan City, Indiana, and Chicago, Illinois, in the United States, encourages a speed of 40 miles an hour by motors, but insists upon cars keeping in line. Tho marked reduction in tho number of accidents reported indicates that fast driving is not necessarily reckless driving, but that cutting in at high speed on a crowded highway usually is.
