RESULT OF ’PLANE SMASH. Received Friday, 9.50 p.m. SINGAPORE, Dec. 31. Col. Brinsmead’s condition is still serious. Ho is partially paralysed and unable to speak but occasionally is able to scribble answers to questions which most times ho is able to understand. It is believed tho report of tho committee investigating the accident has been completed.
