Novel Competition For Boys and Girls
WHO WILL MAKE THE BEST “CHARLIE?” “City Lights,” which opens at the Regent Theatre next Saturday, has been heralded as Charlie Chaplin’s supreme effort. To mark its screening the theatre management has instituted a novel competition, open to boys and girls, to whom prizes of £1 Is and 10s Od are offered for the best impersonation of the inimitable comedian. Competitors aTe to report, in costume, at the theatre next Saturday at 1 p.m. A puzzle competition has also been airanged, and readers are advised to watch out for details. Ten free seats will bo offered for the first ten correct solutions opened.
