EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE’S ACTIVITIES. At a meeting of the Manawatu branch of the New Zealand Educational Institute, the matter of a publicity campaign against the Dominion-wide propaganda against tho cost of education was fully discussed. The New Zealand Executive reported that circulars on various topics such as “smaller classes,” were being prepared for public distribution. Last evening, several members felt that, while these circulars would perform valuable service, greater value would be obtained by speakers engaging in a propaganda campaign. The local branch intend approaching a prominent business man and asking him to give an address on “The Business Man’s View of Education.”
