It is reported that the Chinese Government lias mado an appeal to DamC Adelaide Anderson to go to China and operate its new Factory Act. Dame Adelaide was formerly chief woman inspector of factories in Great Britain. She is also an expert on tho difficult problem of child labour iu Oriental countries.
