Enjoyable Party at Colyton
On Friday night a very enjoyable evening was spent at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Gray, Midland road, Colyton. About forty guests were present and a jolly time was spent. The large dining-room was cleared for dancing, the music being supplied by Mrs, Gray, Miss Hill and Messrs. Hyde and H. Wilson. A cheerful log fire burned in tho drawing-room which wag at tho disposal of those preferring cards, while other non-dancers spent a lively time around tho ping-pong table. Mrs. Gray received her guests wearing a pretty gown of black satin beauto and black chenille bridge coat. Among others present were: Mr. and Mrs. Mulvanie, Mr. and Mrs. G. P. Burr, Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Parker, Mr. and Mrs. J. Walker, Mr. and Mrs. Hyde, Mr. and Mrs. Martin, Mr. and Mrs. Slight, Mrs. O. Caldwell, Misses V. Gilmore, T. Wealleans, J. Burr, W. Dawson, L. Griffiths, J. and R. Wealleans, M. Hill, M. Gray, and Messrs. L. Parker, C. Burr, J. Myres, L. Hansen, G. Adsett, C. and H. Wilson, I. Neill, J. Wealleans, B. Burr and N. Walker.
