Received Sunday, 9 p.m. LONDON, March 6. Psittacosis (-parrot disease) evidently does not worry Sir Charles Fergusson since his baggage included a large case containing green parrots. Sir Charles aud Lady Fergusson were welcomed by Lord Passfield, Hon. T. M. Wilford, Lord Delewar (representing the King), Colonel de Satge (representing Mr Ramsay MacDonald). Lord Cradgav-on and Lady Craigavon alto arrived by the Rangitata.
