MANAWATU WOMEN’S CLUB
The Manawatu Women’s club members will be at “Home” at Collinson and Cunninghame’s to-morrow, Juno 2S. Tho new syllabus which will bo issued, contains an interesting programme for the remainder of tho year. Members who have overlooked tho payment of their subscriptions, will greatly assist the secretary, if they will be present on Friday to fulfil that obligation. Mr Jas. H. Stevens, who will bo the speaker for the afternoon, has prepared an address, teeming with interest, or. “Books and Friendships.” Mcsdamcs John Young, R. 11. Billens and J. W. Hodgson, will be the hostesses and have arranged n delightful musical programme, which begins promptly at 3 p.ra.
