AUSTRALIAN HOCKEY TEAM
TO VISIT FEILDING. The Feilding and District Hockey association is to bo congratulated on being allocated a JixUtrc for a sentative match against the visiting Australian team. The match will be played on Wednesday afternoon, August 7, and the association is applying for the use of Johnston park for the fixture. Feilding selectors arc now busy watching players, with the object of selecting the best possible combination to meet the visitors, who will comprise the strongest, touring hockey team which has yet crossed the Tasu, a n.
The visitors will arrive in Feilding on August 6, and arrangements are in l and for some form of entertainment during their short stay.
