ANNUAL CONFERENCE OF DOMINION R.S.A.
MR. B. J. JACOBS PRESIDES. Per Pres 3 Association, WELLINGTON, Last Night. Tho annual conference of the. New Zealand Returned Soldiers’, association opened to-day in the Town hall. The, Mayor extended to tho delegates a welcome to the city. Mr. B. J. Jacobs (Palmerston North) was voted to the chair and tho report and balanco sheet were adopted. The following motion was passed relative to the illness of the King: ‘ 1 That this conference of Now Zealand cx-scrviccmon desires to express to his Majesty the King our gratification upon his Majesty’s return to health.’’
