METHODIST CHURCH. From Our Own Correspondent. The. EougoLea Methodist Church has held a mission which has lasted for a week. In the unavoidable absence of Kev. Ivendon, (he. Rev. Rodeliffe, of JTildiug, opened the mission. The speakers for the following evenings were Rev. J. Parker, of Ashhursl, Rev. ,T. Copeland, Teilding, Rev- McArthur, of Cuba Street, l’alinerston North, Kev. Thornlcy, of Halcombe, and Rev. Parsons, of Broad Street Palmerston North. There were very large attendances at all the services. Personal. Mr and Mrs. P. "Wood and fandly, who have been visiting Wellington, have returiu-d home.
