NORTH v. SOUTH TRIAL ON JUNE 12
The management committee of the ALanawatu Rugby district council at its meeting last evening, decided to play a North v. South representative trial at Feilding on June 12. In this game, the South team is selected from Woodville and Palmerston North clubs and the North team from Feilding, Oroua and Tc Ivawati clubs.
The selectors will thus be given an opportunity of seeing the players in action before drafting the team to play Ilorowheuua a fortnight later.
