KING’S BIRTHDAY SEVEN-A-SIDE TOURNEY
62 TEAMS NOMINATED TO DATE,
To date, G2 teams have entered for the four sections of the Manawatu Rugby Council’s annual King’s Birthday seven-aside Rugby tourney. Nominations of teams have not yet closed, however, and a number more have yet to come to hand. So far, 15 senior teams are listed, IS junior, 19 third grade, and 10 primary schools. Last year 16 senior, 25 junior, 23 thirdgrade and 21 primary schools nominated. Entries received to date are:— Senior: Fcilding Old Boys, Old Boys, Feilding (2), Rata, Apiti, Upper llutt, Rongotca, llutt, Oriental, Jvimbolton, Kia Toa, Katana, Athletic (2). Junior: United Valley, Fcilding Old Boys, Old Boys, Foxton, Fcilding, West End Old Boys, Massey Colftgo (2;, Rata, Apiti, Oroua Downs, Kiwitea (2), Upper llutt, llutt, Waikanac, Kia Toa Third grade: Tokomaru (2), Woodvillc, Old Boys (2), Foxton, St. Patrick’s (2), Fcilding, West End Old Boys, Victoria College, Bunuythorpe (2), Upper Butt, Hui Mai, Rongotca, Hutt, Oriental, Kia Toa. ; Schools section: Newbury school, Manchester street (2), Rongotca, Terrace End, Aslihurst, Sanson, .Million, Lytton street (2).
