SOCIAL CLUB
On Saturday evening last in the Oddfellows’ Hall, Cuba street, the Social Club held its usual weekly euchre tourney, when there was a good attendance of card players. At tno conclusion of 24 keenly-contested games, the following were declared the prize-win-ners:—Ladies! Mr*. H. Trask, Ist; Mrs. Mason, 2nd; Mrs. McKay, 3rd. Men: Mr. Moore, Ist; Mr. Ofsoski, 2nd; Mr. Wall, 3rd. The following players, together with those already chosen, will participate in the play-off for a gold wristlet watch on April 13: Mrs. Larsen, Mrs. Atkins, Mrs. B. Turner, Mrs. A. Wright, Mrs. Guy, Mr. Marsh, Mr. Trow and Mr. Nicoll. The partaking of supper and the presentation of the prizes concluded a very pleasant evening. .!
