SUCCESSFUL FLIGHTS. Per Press Association. NAPIER, Last Night. Captain George Bolt and Captain Stedman, of Wellington, arrived at Napier on Saturday in an Avro-Avian ’plane after a two and a-half hour trip from Wellington. On Friday they flew' from Christchurch to Wellington in three and three-quarters of an hour, in a horvling gale. The weather was so bad that the airmen were fearful that they would not reach Wellington, and turned back. But they gave it another go and landed safely at Lyall Bay.
