From Our . Own Correspondent. Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Webb motored to Wanganui on Monday. The friends of Mrs. A. M'Laggan will regret to hear that she has been confined to the house for the past week. Miss Jean Wall, of Levin, was the guest of Mrs. Forsythe for the week end. Mr. Alex. Grady is spending an extended holiday in Auckland. Miss Joan'Breo is staying with her sister, Mrs.' Arthur Grady, Milson’s Line, Palmerston North. The following players will represent the Tokomaru Hockey Club against Eongotea, at Palmerston North on Saturday, at 2 p.m.: Misses J. Stokes, P Morgan, D. Webb, G. Webb. M. Wcbh A. Jewell, M. Watts, P. Clarke, J. Broc M. Campbell, B. Mackenzie. The following players will represent Tokomaru against Foxton at Tokomaru on Saturday: E. Clarke, J. Irwin, L. Jamieson, H. Peach, H. Stokes, J. Bennett, M. Sherman, A. Wilton, J. Walker, E. Walker, E. Guy, E. Kelly, A. Webb, H. Mason, A. Williams.
Mr. Walter Williams returned to Newbury Dairy Factory on Tuesday to relievo Mr. J. Preston, who broke a shoulder at football on Monday.
