DEATH SENTENCE PASSED ON NATIVE MURDERERS
ACCOMPLICES GET LIFE IMPRISONMENT. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received Thursday, 9.15 p.m. SYDNEY, June 7. Wireless advices from Tulgai state that the trial of principals in the Malita massacre has concluded. Bassino, Jairo, Tonarmoe, Luita, Tolio and Tufuai were sentenced to death and five other natives to life imprisonment. Eleven others were sentenced to terms of from three to twenty years imprisonment.
