Further anti-Italian demonstrations have taken place at Skoplye-Straumitza in southern Serbia. Seven thousand marched the streets singing patriotic songs and shouting hostility against Italy. The demonstrators tried to storm the Italian Consulate which a strong force of police and gendarmes prevented. Several arrest were made and calm restored.
