TOO EASILY CONVERTIBLE. LONDON, Fob. 13. The Home Secretary, Sir. W. Joyn-son-Hicks is taking action in regard to the sale of toy pistols This is a sequel to police tests which showed that it was possible speedily to enlarge the bullet chamber and the boro, enabling a live cartridge to bo discharged with startling results.
