“TWO GIRLS WANTED,” WITH JANET GAYNOR, PALACE WEDNESDAY
“ 2 Girls Wanted,” Pox Films version of the popular Broadway play, will open at the Palace Theatre Wednesday night. This is the first starring vehicle of Janet Gnynor, whose inspired performance in “7th Heaven” raised her overnight to a placo among the foremost motion picture stars. She ijp supported by an excellent cast. Alfred E. Green directed the production. William Tooker Has Role. William Tooker is included in the cast of “2 Girls Wanted,” Janet Gaynor’s first starring vehicle for Pox Films. Tooker plays the part of Mr. Moody, a crafty financier around whose negotiations for some valuable property the plot revolves. Alfred E. Green directed the production. AMAZINGLY CLEVER MONKEYS. [ That trio of amazingly clever monkeys, Max, Moritz, and Akka, aro the star attraction at tho Palace Theatre on Wednesday and Thursday, February 22nd and 23rd. Having their sot tricks to do they manage to bring in fresh unrehearsed ones, which bring forth shouts of laughter. Bicycle tricks, musical tricks, tumbling tricks, and aerial feats, one and all these clever animals perform with outstanding intelligence and remarkable case.
