DAIRY CONTROL BOARD
IRREGULAR PUBLICITY METHODS. DEPLORED BY MINISTER OP AGRICULTURE. [Per Press Association,] “I don’t care to make any comment," said Hon. 'O. J. Hawken, Minister of Agriculture, in reference to the report issued by Mr. Timpany concerning cablegrams received from tho Premier and others respecting the policy of the Dairy Produce Board. “It docs, however, appear to to mo to be a pity that tho affairs of the Board should bo made public in such a manner. If a statement is to bo made, one would think it should bo made by the Chairman of the Board and not by a member after the meeting is over. This is just my view on tho subject generally, for the circumstances that have led Mr. Timpany to take an action that may bo hia.”
