Messrs M. A. Kliotl have received cable advice from their London agents of the following Smithfield prices for tho. past week ending 29th. October. These prices are on the “delivered” basis, that is, including storage charges, cartage, etc. Best North Island prime lambs; U.,36 03d, 36/42 Sjd. 42/50 7.td. Ordinary North Island lambs: IJ--42 Od, second quality, U/42 9 1 -Sd. Best North island wethers and/or maiden ewes: 48/s«> and 56/64 Old; 64/72 and 0/72 53d. Ordinary North Island wethers and/or maiden ewes: 46/56 and 56/64 6d, 64/72 and 0/72 SUI. North island ewes: F/64 43d. 64/72 and 0/72 4 1-Sd. fores and hinds): 1 60/220 43d. Remarks: All prime lamb id lower. second quality 1-Sd lower, light wethers 1-Sd lower, heavy wethers no change, ewes 1-Sd lower, beef no change.
