Stephen Ra ditch, making his first speech m Laibach Jugo-Slavia. as Minister of Education declared that if Italy started an adventurous policy she would rapidly discover that her frontiers were not holy and unassailable, as Signor Mussolini described them. M. Raditch added that there was an immense difference between the great Italian people whom ne rospecteci and the Balck Shirts who were a disgraceful blot on Italian civilisation. The speech caused a sensation in Italy, whose Minister at Belgrade demanded an apology. M. Pasliitch, the Premier, summoned M. Raditch and other Ministers urgently. There was a prolonged Cabinet meeting.
