Dench, £l4 s/, costs £3. A charge of false pretences was levelled at a young man named Arthur Reginald Borland, who. was haled before Mr J. L. Stout, S.M., yesterday morning, Scrgt. Power, in nasking for a remand to Marton to-day, said that the accused would have to answer a charge of obtaining from Robert Frank Wood, at Marton, un January 29th, goods to the value of £2B 5/. The remand was granted.
