CAMPAIGN AGAINST RATS. [By Electric Cable —Copyright] [Aust. and N.Z. Cable Assocation.] (Received Tuesday, 7.15 p.m.) SYDNEY, Last Night. The "Clean the City" campaign issued with the object of making a general clean-up of all dwellings and premises, sweeping away anything in the way of harborage for rats, is now in full swing. Members of twentyeight city block associations, in conjunction with officials of the City Council and Health Department, are making exhaustive inspections with the result that the destructors are likely to be kept busy destroyingrefuse and the rats will have an uneasy time. The suburban councils, in a similar way, are stirring up the latepayers and the rat nests.
