NATIONAL MUTUAL
ANNUAL REPORT. (Per 'Press Association.) WELLINGTON. Last Night. Tho manager for New Zealand for the National Mutual Life Association has received the following cable message from the head office in Melbourne: —"The fifty-second annual general meeting of members was held 10-day. The new business for the year is very satisfactory. Over 14,000 policies, ensuring over five and a-half million were issued. The total income for the year, including' Interest and premiums, amounted to over two and a-half millions. The sum of one million four hundred thousand has been added to the funds which now total over fifteen millions. The interest earned on the average funds after de ducting income tax was £5/4/5 per cent.”
