IRISH PROBLEM.

According to a Belfast message, the Ulster Parliament meets on November 29th instead of December 13th. Unionists decline to believe that all the difficulties have been solved except Ulster, or that the Dail Eireann has agreed to recognise the sovereignty of the King and to accept a modified Dominion.
