A BOMB MANIAC.

A bomb maniac named Pechause, who was suspected of murderous designs on M. Poincare has been arrested at Lyons with several bombs in his possession. One was held in place with an electric switch on his chest. The police exploded the bomb on waste ground and proved that if it had burst it would have blown the wearer and his immediate neighbours into pieces.
