Received March 5, O.oG a.m. Melbourne, Last Night, A private cable announces tho death at Vladivostock ot Max Hirsh, well known in "Viotoriau publio life, Ho was correspondent for the British Board of Trado in Victoria and was on a tour of the world at the timo of his death.
